The awards encourage entries from small, medium and large companies, with the goal of identifying the highest standards of quality across the British freight forwarding and logis-tics sector. Every year Members tell us that they benefit from the process of application. Often in compiling the entry, managers and staff learn better ways of doing things. I would like to thank all the entrants and wish the finalists every success.’
